How to Get a Replacement Phone

Is your Jethro phone not working properly? Don’t worry, all Jethro phones have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you exchange your defective phone for a new replacement phone.

How does the replacement process work?

Option A

Replacement Swap

  1. Explain the issue you are facing with your Jethro phone.

  2. Troubleshoot possible solutions with our customer service representatives.

  3. If you need to have access to a phone while we fix yours, purchase a replacement phone here.

  4. Once you receive the replacement, send your defective phone to us for inspection, request a return shipping label here.

  5. After inspection, we will refund you for the replacement phone if your old phone is found to be defective.

Option B

Let Us Fix Your Phone

  1. Explain the issue you are facing with your Jethro phone.

  2. Troubleshoot possible solutions with our customer service representatives.

  3. Send your defective phone to us for inspection, request a return shipping label here.

  4. We will inspect and fix your phone.

  5. We will then send your phone back to you. Please keep in mind that typical shipping times are 3-5 business days, so this process could take 2-3 weeks total.
