Return Policy

You can return your items by mail within 30 calendar days of purchasing your order. In order for a full refund to be issued, the return must be in its original condition with all accessories included. Otherwise, a restocking fee may be applied to your refund. 

How to Return

A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of activating your sim card and within 30 calendar days for sim cards that have not been activated, whichever comes first, for any reason as long as 1) the usage is below 30 talk minutes, 30 text messages or 30 MB of data 2) the sim card was purchased through 3) a return request has been completed online at It is not required to physically return the sim card, therefore we do not offer refunds on shipping and handling. The refund may take 3-5 business days to be processed upon approval. If the refund is approved your line will be deactivated or if the sim card is not activated any credit will be removed. Any data added to your account after activation is not eligible for a refund. If your plan was purchased through another retailer such as Amazon, a return request will need to be initiated to the original channel it was purchased from.

You may request a return directly at within 30 calendar days of the purchase date if you ordered the phone/accessories through Once your return request has been received and approved a return label will be emailed to you. The label is valid for 20 calendar days at which time the device must be returned back to us. All returned products must be in their complete original packaging including any accessories, user manual and sim card must be in the same condition as it was sold. Before returning the phone we recommend performing a factory reset first to restore the phone back to its original condition. A full refund (not including shipping) will only be approved if the returned device is found to be in its original condition. A full refund may be denied if the returned device and any accessories that came with it is found to be damaged including but not limited to physical/water damage or not in the original condition as described above in which case a restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling will not be included in the refund. If we provide a return label, and your phone is not found to be defective, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund amount ($4.99 for US orders and $9.99 USD for Canadian orders). The refund process may take 3-5 business days after we have received the returned item(s). Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated 3-5 business days. 

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within one business day.
