Jethro wants you to be 100% satisfied with your product, so we are here to help if you need to make an exchange or return.

Return Policy

You can return your items by mail within 30 calendar days of purchasing your order. In order for a full refund to be issued, the return must be in its original condition with all accessories included. Otherwise, a restocking fee may be applied to your refund.

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of activation

  • Plans are only refundable when usage is below 30 minutes of talk, 30 text messages, and 30 MB of data

  • Refunds are only applicable for new activations

  • You do not have to return your sim card for a refund

  • Your line will be deactivated upon approval of your refund

  • You will receive your refund in 3 to 5 business days after your refund request has been approved.

  • Shipping and handling will not be refunded

  • You must request a return within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Once your return request has been approved, you have 10 days to provide us with the postal tracking information (tracking information can be emailed to jethro@jethroshop.com)

  • Returned products and complete original packaging must be in the same condition as it was sold in

  • Restocking fees may apply if the returned products are not in the same conditions as when they were sold

  • Shipping and handling will not be refunded

  • If the order was not placed from Jethro directly, please contact the selling channels you purchased from to request a return directly.

  • If you request a return label, and your phone is not defective, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund amount ($4.99 for US orders and $9.99 USD for Canadian orders).

  • You will receive your refund 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated 3-5 business days. 

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within one business day.
